Paws, Breathe, Rescue Yoga Challenge

Indulge in a month of self care, meditation, and yoga. Paws, Breathe, Rescue is a virtual challenge to log yoga or meditation each day for the month of August. Passionate Yoga Instructor and Wellness Coach, Katie Rapkoch will provide at home yoga practice each week. Each registration will include an event magnet as well as opportunities to participate in weekly mini-challenges with prizes to keep you motivated all of August. Join the fun today at:

4. Now that you are signed in, click the green “Join Challenge” button and confirm you are joining.

5. That’s it! You’ve joined the challenge. You’ll receive an email confirmation with the challenge details.

Make sure to checkout tickets for the kickoff event on Saturday, July 27 from 4pm-5pm! Join us for a one hour yoga flow followed by Happy Hour at Pizza to the Rescue to kick off our first ever Yoga Challenge! The class will be held at Metta Yoga on Thomas & 40th St. This class is open to anyone but those registered for the challenge will receive a $10 discount.
